All Sales are Final due to the Custom Nature of our products. Regarding Organs, However you can always trade your model back in for full value off another organ we have in stock within 30 days of purchase. You should visit our store and play the organs, choose one you like and take it home. Pictures on the web site are only visual representations of our inventory. Warranty applies only to organs used in non-commercial settings within our warranty coverage area. Repairs to your Hammond will be made by a qualified repairer of our choosing. Whether a specific issue is a "fault" or a normal variance in a Hammond organ will be decided by us. Hammond organs are well known to have their own personalities and sound. Two identical Hammonds can sound entirely different due to variations in their age, storage conditions, etc. Come play them, find the one you want, and take it home!
